Trusted

For millennia and now by our clients

Thai Traditional Massage (Nuad Thai) has been employed for a couple of millennia in Thailand as a regular wellness routine since it was popularized by Buddhist monks.
It is a traditional therapeutic bodywork technique combining passive stretching, assisted yoga-style poses, and rhythmic pressure along energy lines. Clinical studies and systematic reviews indicate that Thai massage can provide physical benefits such as pain reduction, increased flexibility, improved circulation, and enhanced musculoskeletal function, as well as psychological benefits including reduced stress, relaxation, and improved overall well-being.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We booked a last-minute couples massage, opting for deep tissue therapy, and it was truly exceptional.

Every muscle was thoroughly worked. The venue was spotless, and the staff were genuinely kind.

The place is on the 2nd floor above Fonda Lo Que Hay.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing! One of the best massages I've had in a long while. It's not easy to see the small sign from the street but it's worth hunting it down. Staff was professional & courteous, speaking English, Spanish, & probably more. The foot & Thai massages were world class. There's even a package to get both.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was a great birthday present for me. The place is so nice. It says it's tugged in a little building. I believe it's a restaurant down below. I almost missed it but great place. I'm glad somebody was standing outside to let me know it's right here. The staff was great, friendly and definitely very authentic Thai massage. Not some of that mix or claim. They know what they're doing. This place knows what they're doing. The staff was very professional again. Can't say enough friendly and made sure all my needs were met. It was a great birthday present and definitely stop by to learn about their specials. It is something I recommend when I come back to Panama. That is the one place I'll be going to soon as I get off the plane. Thank you

One can really step out of the bustle of the day and rest. They also serve yummy tea. Definitely recommend!
